products. Each and every product we make is hand
made in the U.S.A. and tested for defects in materials and workmanship many times throughout the manufacturing
process. When you purchase a Urocare product, You can rest easy knowing that you purchased a “
high-quality” product. If you have questions about

General Limited Warranty
Urocare Products, Inc. (Urocare) warrants that it's products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal and proper use, provided however, that it is
properly stored and maintained in the original packaging. This Limited Warranty is subject to the conditions set forth herein and shall remain in effect for a period of
thirty (30) days from date of purchase by the end user and provides no other warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including without limitation, any implied
warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, on the products it sells and all such warranties are expressly excluded. However, Urocare will pass along to
the consumer any manufacturers' warranties applicable to products not manufactured by Urocare.
Consumables
Urocare warrants it's consumable item (hereinafter Consumable) to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal and proper use, provided however, that it is
properly stored and maintained in the original packaging. This Limited Warranty is subject to the conditions set forth herein and shall remain in effect for a period of thirty
(30) days from the date of purchase by the end user.
Should a Consumable which has been properly stored and maintained in the original packaging be determined by Urocare to be defective, it will be repaired or replaced, at
Urocare's discretion, at no charge to the end user. This is customer's/end user's exclusive remedy under this Limited Warranty.
This Limited Warranty shall not apply to normal wear and tear and shall not apply if the consumable has been damaged due to abuse, misuse, misappllcation, accident, improper
storage, or installation, an unsuitable physical or operating environment, or as a result of service or modification by any other than an authorized Urocare service center.
To make claim under this Limited Warranty, the original purchaser must return the Consumable to the place of original purchase or to Urocare. Consumables returned to Urocare are
to be returned in the original package or equivalent, shipper to bear cost of shipping and risk of loss in transit and must be accompanied by a written receipt for the product,
showing the date of purchase, dealer's/seller's name and item purchased. This Limited Warranty is not transferable.
THERE ARE NO EXPRESS WARRANTIES OTHER THAN THOSE ON THE FACE HEREOF AND DESCRIBED ABOVE. NO WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL EXTEND BEYOND THE RESPECTIVE WARRANTY PERIOD DESCRIBED ABOVE OF THIRTY (30) DAYS—Some states do not allow
limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
IN NO EVENT SHALL UROCARE OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE TO A PURCHASER OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR SPECIAL, COLLATERAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING LOST
PROFITS, BUSINESS REVENUE, GOODWILL OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS) IN CONNECTION WITH OR ARISING OUT OF THE PURCHASE OR USE OF THE UROCARE CONSUMABLE, WHETHER ARISING IN CONTRACT OR IN
TORT, WHETHER OR NOT CUSTOMER SHALL HAVE INFORMED UROCARE OF THE POSSIBILITY OR LIKELIHOOD OF ANY SUCH DAMAGES—Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental
or consequential damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.
THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE LIABILITY OF UROCARE AND ITS AFFILIATES, AND THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF SUCH PURCHASER AND ANY OTHER PERSON, SHALL BE THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. IN NO
EVENT SHALL THE LIABILITY OF UROCARE AND ITS AFFILIATES, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE UROCARE CONSUMABLE.
Additional Warranty Disclaimers for All Purchasers Except Consumers:
WHEN ANY UROCARE CONSUMABLE SHALL BE PURCHASED BY ANY PERSON SUCH THAT THE UROCARE CONSUMABLE IS NOT A "CONSUMER GOOD" (AS DEFINED IN THE UNIFORM COMMERCIAL CODE ADOPTED IN THE
STATE OF PURCHASE OR IN OTHER APPLICABLE LAW), UROCARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Additional Legal Rights for Consumers
For consumers who are covered by consumer protection laws or regulations in their country of purchase or, if different, their country of residence, the benefits
conferred by Urocare's 30 Day Limited Warranty are in addition to all rights and remedies conveyed by such consumer protection laws and regulations, including but not
limited to these additional rights.
Non-Urocare Products / Third Party Products
Urocare's 30 Day Limited Warranty does not apply to products that are not manufactured by Urocare, even if packaged or sold with Urocare products. Non-Urocare products
may have the benefit of a manufacturer's warranty provided by the product manufacturer - please see your product box and literature for details.
